Payment Gateway Coordination Treasury Operations

Your rails return a grade. They don't tell you what it means, write the document your partner asks for next quarter, or explain why your books and theirs disagree. Someone has to.

Every grade, answered the same hour.
Read, judged, and written up with the time the decision was made.
Every document, written before it is asked for.
Policy revisions, EDD packs, expiring copies — drafted ahead of the request.
Every month, closed and signed.
Line by line against your books. Every difference named, none absorbed into rounding.
Worked line by line, by hand — every judgement signed and dated at the hour it was made
Non-custodial — AQFLOW never holds or moves your funds

Layer 2 — What AQFLOW Does With It
A grade is not a decision.
Someone still has to work out what it means.
Your gateway partner screens every deposit and returns a grade — that part is automatic, licensed, and works. Here is one of those grades, twice. On the left is what arrived at 03:41. On the right is what was waiting for the operator at 03:52.

Accurate. Timely. Completely unactionable at 3 in the morning.
The rails cannot tell you whether this is a real problem, what to do about it, or what your licence requires next. That was never their job.

Funds are already in your account — nothing was blocked, and we could not have blocked it. This is the highest grade the partner returns, and it is the first time this player has used this address after seventeen clean deposits. The pattern to look at is the change, not the player. We have assembled the address history, the player's prior deposit addresses, and the timeline into a single file for your MLRO. Your licence conditions govern what happens next; we have not made that call and will not.
Open MLRO file Record your decision Freeze player — your system
Recording your decision here puts it in the evidence vault with the time it was made. It does not act on your platform.
Eleven minutes later: the history assembled, the pattern named, the MLRO file built, and the boundary stated plainly. Nobody was woken up.
This is the same mechanism every time — a deposit flag, a settlement gap, a first read on a new merchant. Layer 1 produces. Layer 2 decides what you ever see.

Layer 1 — The Rails Underneath
The best rails are also the hardest to get onto.
MiCA CASP partners are licensed, audited, and answerable to a regulator. That is exactly why they are worth being on — and exactly why the door is narrow. A Curaçao or Anjouan operator doesn't get refused because the business is bad. It gets refused because nobody assembled the file the way a compliance officer needs to read it.

Where high-risk applications actually die
Not at the business. At the paperwork.
We've read enough rejections to know the pattern. Almost none of them are about whether the operator is legitimate — they're about a file that couldn't be assessed. AQFLOW takes the whole application over, works it step by step, and doesn't submit until each of these is closed.
AQFLOW handles the full submission You answer one call. We build the rest.

Silence reads as evasion. Every follow-up is answered within 24 hours, in the register the reviewer is working in.
AQFLOW answers
We don't approve anyone, and we don't promise anyone will. The decision belongs to the partner's compliance team. What we change is whether they're reading a file that can actually be assessed — and whether someone chases it every day until they answer.
Before You Assume You've Heard This
Not an introduction.
An integration.
Plenty of people will offer to help you apply. They hand you a folder and invoice you when you submit. We can't work that way — our dashboard reads live from the partner's API. The relationship that gets you approved is the same one that runs your account the next morning. If it ended at approval, there would be nothing to log into.

Every morning after thatfor as long as you operate
The connection never breaks between the two halves. That is the whole product.
After Approval
Getting on is one problem.
Staying on is the one nobody warned you about.
Approval isn't a finish line — it's the day the operational load starts. These are the four that turn up on every operator's desk.
And approval isn't the end of it either
Settlement numbers don't add up. Every month your books and the partner's report tell slightly different stories — and it is nobody's job to find out why. Chasing the gap eats days you didn't plan for, every single month.
The documents go quiet, then all arrive at once. A policy needs revising, a licence copy expires, the partner asks for a flow-of-funds pack — and every one of them lands as your problem, on a deadline someone else set.
A grade lands, and then nothing happens. Your gateway flags an address at 3am. Nobody reads it until Monday — and "when did you check?" has no good answer.
Treasury requests have no clear owner. Deposit, payout, and conversion requests sit in inboxes with no audit trail and no resolution timeline.

847 deposits screened overnight.
Eight reached your desk.

Every one of those eight is already sorted, graded, and written up. Click through them the way an operator would — each takes a few seconds, because the thinking is already done.

844 cleared without you. Low-grade deposits are filed with a timestamp and never surface.
Grouped by who acts and when. MLRO, CFO, or you — with hours remaining, not a vague "pending".
Every click lands in the evidence vault. An auditor doesn't ask whether you checked — they ask when.

Treasury · Payout side

$284,000 went out on time.
One payment didn't — on purpose.

Six payments cleared every check and executed in Thursday's window. The seventh looked equally clean to the rails: registered counterparty, matching invoice, normal amount. It failed the one check nobody automates.

A locked counterparty registry. An address change becomes an event that needs verifying — not a field that quietly updates.
Held with a reason, not a red flag. The fraud pattern is named and the call script is already drafted.
AQFLOW cannot move these funds. We submit the instruction you authorise, one payment at a time, and record when it was made.

The Half Nobody Sells You
Everything Between
Deposit And Settlement
Screening is one axis, and it runs every day. There are two more that run on the month, and they are the ones that quietly become your problem: the documents your partner will eventually ask for, and the month that has to be closed whether or not anything went wrong. Nobody sells you these. They just arrive.
Regulatory Prepared 19 Aug · 02:40
A rule changed. Your policy already has the revision.
A MiCA implementing standard changed what a wallet-screening procedure has to describe. Your AML policy at §4.2 still carried the old wording — which would have read as a gap at the partner's next review. We wrote the revision: three passages changed, a side-by-side against your current text attached, the rest of your document untouched.
The partner has not asked for this yet.
Watching the rules change is not a document you file once. It is the job that runs between the filings. You read it and sign. That is the whole task.
Prepared Built 1 Aug · 06:15
The answer exists before the question arrives.
Your partner asks for EDD packs on twenty-four hours' notice — player geography, transaction patterns, the screening summary for the month. Twice this year they asked in the first week. So it is assembled on the first of every month, from records we already hold, whether or not anyone asks. If the request lands this week, it goes out the same hour.
Nobody has asked for this yet.
Built from your own records. Nothing for you to gather, no evening spent reconstructing a quarter. The last compliance document you wrote yourself was 57 days ago.
July closed.
1,842 lines matched against your books. Three differences found, named, and explained — two closed, one still open with the partner and carried into August with its own dated thread. Signed 5 August, 09:12.

Who Wrote All Of That
A person did.
The same one who'll be there tomorrow.
Every "Prepared by AQFLOW" box you just opened — every screening note, every drafted document, every reconciled line — was typed by hand at the time stamped on it. Not generated, not templated. That is the only reason those rows took you seconds instead of an afternoon. A held payment, a severe grade, a policy clause that quietly went out of date: all of it reaches you the same way — as a dated note, signed, telling you what happened, what was done, and whether any of it is yours.
Hyungnam Kim
Founder & Director, Aequoflow OÜ
I do this work myself. Not a support desk, not a queue you file into — the same person reads your grades in the morning, drafts the document your partner has not asked for yet, and signs your month closed. That is deliberate, and it is the reason AQFLOW takes on six or seven operators a year rather than sixty.
AQFLOW's note
Today · 08:14
Nordwind's payout address changed by email on 24 July, four days before their invoice falls due. That shape is the most common form of supplier invoice fraud, so I've held the payment out of Thursday's batch and drafted a call script for the number we already had on file. The other six payments are unaffected and go out at 14:00 as scheduled. Nothing needed from you unless the call comes back genuine.
— Hyungnam, AQFLOW
Two years of these notes is also your audit trail. Every one filed with the time it was written — including the ones that say nothing needs you.
How We Hold The Line
Where we stop, and what never stops.
Two things worth knowing before you hand anyone this much of your operation.
Where we stop
Boundaries we state in writing on every case
We prepare the decision. We don't make it. Your licence conditions and your MLRO decide — and we say so on the face of every file we hand you.
We never act on your platform. Freezing a player or releasing a payout happens in your system, with your hands.
We never hold or move your funds. Instructions are submitted with your credentials, one payment at a time, and recorded with the time.
We don't promise approvals. We make sure the file can actually be assessed — and we chase it every day until it is.
What never stops
Runs on a schedule, without a reminder from you
Monthly settlement reconciliation — every line matched against your books, every difference named and explained, and the month closed with a dated report. Filed whether or not there was a gap. Nobody else in your stack does this, and your auditor will ask for it.
EDD responses within 24 hours, for as long as the partner keeps asking. They rarely stop asking.
Document horizons tracked from the day each is filed — licences, certificates, bank evidence, AML policy. Nothing expires quietly.
A note every time something moves — and a note when nothing does, so silence never has to be interpreted.
This is what "coordination layer" actually means. Not a folder, not an introduction — a position someone holds, every morning, for as long as you operate.
