This policy explains what personal data Aequoflow OÜ ("AQFLOW", "we", "us") collects through aqflow.io and our merchant platform, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We are established in Estonia and process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not run third-party analytics on this site at this time. The figures and case examples shown in the interactive demo on our homepage are illustrative and do not represent any identifiable person or company.

aqflow.io uses only strictly necessary cookies — the session cookie that keeps you signed in to a merchant or admin account. These cookies don't require consent under EU law because the site cannot function without them, but we still tell you about them via the banner shown on first visit. We do not set any optional, tracking, or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this section.
Loading this site also requests fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com), which may log your IP address as part of a normal web request. No AQFLOW cookie is involved in that request.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only where necessary to deliver the service:
AQFLOW does not hold, custody, or transmit client funds, and does not make compliance determinations on any partner's behalf — see our homepage for the full non-custodial declaration.
Our infrastructure is hosted with EU-region data residency where available. Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Enquiry form submissions are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond and follow up, and are deleted or anonymised after a reasonable period of inactivity. Merchant operational data is kept for the duration of the engagement plus any period required by applicable law (including AML/compliance record-keeping obligations that may apply to our regulated partners).
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email hyungnamkim@aequoflow.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or your local supervisory authority.
We may update this policy as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
